DC Decking& Construction

Our warranty

Workmanship and manufacturer coverage, in plain terms — plus an owner who stands behind the build.

Vague “fully guaranteed” language is easy to write and hard to hold anyone to. So here's ours itemized — what's covered, and what isn't.

Workmanship you can hold us to

Because Dalton personally builds and oversees every project, DC Decking stands behind its own labor and craftsmanship. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.

Manufacturer material warranties

Composite decking carries long manufacturer warranties against fade, stain and structural failure — registered for your specific build so the coverage follows the boards.

Built to code & inspected

We build the structure to the residential building code and see permitted work through inspection, so your deck or porch is documented, code-compliant and adds clean value to the home.

Licensed & insured

DC Decking & Construction operates as a licensed and insured contractor — so the work on your property is done properly and protected.

What isn't covered

Coverage is for materials and our workmanship — not ordinary wear, the natural weathering of untreated wood, or changes made by another contractor after handover. We walk you through exactly what your specific build carries before you sign.

Because Dalton personally builds and oversees every project, we're happy to put our name to it in writing — and to come back if we ever need to.

Owner-operated · licensed & insured · built to the NC residential code.
